BOARD OF TRUSTEES

The governing body of The Culinary Trust is the volunteer Board of Trustees. The Board of Trustees shall have supervision, control and direction of the affairs of The Trust and its committees and publications. The Board of Trustees shall also determine the Trust’s policies, promote its objectives and supervise the management and disbursement of its funds.

The profile of the Board of Trustees reflects an array of talent and background representing various disciplines of the culinary industry. Expertise and direction comes from such diverse areas as academia, marketing, public relations, consulting, finance, food & culinary history, writing and publishing. All Trustees share a passion to celebrate the culinary past and fund the culinary future through scholarship, grant and preservation programs that encourage and enable professionals in the pursuit of the culinary arts.
